Professional Profile A Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of rich experience in operations/ maintenance, erection, testing & commissioning, project management and process enhancement in the mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic field. He was also responsible of supervision as well as training the junior staff in the various mechanical systems in his previous assignments. He has trained extensively on training the participants removal and dis-assembly to assembly and testing of the mechanical systems including hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Thorough working knowledge of machine’s Hydraulics and Pneumatic circuits. Proficient in performing detailed analysis for major breakdowns and planning the corrective actions to avoid repeated failures. Work Experience : Working as Sr Instructor – Knowledge Management in Prolific Systems & Technologies Pvt Ltd. Mumbai from last 1 years. Prior to joining Prolific, he worked with various vocational training companies/education institutes as a senior engineer for mechanical systems. At Prolific, he is responsible for conducting training programs on Mechanical Systems, Industrial Hydraulics and Pneumatic Technology. Till date he has imparted training to more than 1,000 professionals from various industries. Earlier served with Indian Air Force for 15 years. The job involved maintenance of aircrafts. At air force, he did line as well as Shop maintenance in the Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Air conditioning, Flying Controls and Fuel System. He was also involved in snag rectification. He was also responsible of supervision as well as training the junior staff in the various systems of the aircraft right from removal and dis-assembly to assembly and testing of mechanical systems. Also had good exposure on repair of Aircraft landing gear system of aircrafts. He was accountable to perform troubleshooting, identifying, isolating, repairing and testing of faulty mechanical components and circuits.
