• At Prolific I am responsible for conducting training programs on Industrial Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology as well as Industrial Automation.
• Till date I have imparted training to more than 1000 professionals from various industries which include companies like Birla Copper, Nestle India Ltd, Jindal South West Port Ltd, J K Tyres, Ultratech Cement, Oil India Ltd, PSL Pipe Coating Ltd, HBL Batteries Ltd, EICHER Motors Ltd, Oasis Metal – UAE Aug 2011.
• Earlier served Indian Air Force for 23 years. The job involved maintenance of mechanical systems. At air force, he line as well as shop maintenance in the Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Air conditioning, Flying Controls and Fuel System. He was also involved in snag rectification.
• He was also responsible of supervision as well as training the junior staff in the various systems of the aircraft right from removal and dis-assembly to assembly and testing. Also had good exposure on repair of landing gear system of aircrafts and hydraulic systems used in landing gears.He was accountable to perform troubleshooting, identifying, isolating, repairing and testing of faulty mechanical components and circuits.
• He also has excellent exposure on Trouble Shooting of Pneumatic Operated Machine and Maintenance Solenoid valve, Control valve, FRL Unit, Air fitting and Air Cylinder, Actuator valve all Pneumatics device are Make SMC & Festo, Janatics etc.
