• Hydraulic system for Rayon Bleach machines Elevator & Ram and Rayon Dryers .
• Consisting of 24 Nos. Rams for Bleach m /cs., and 40 nos. for Dryers, with solenoid control directional valves, hydraulic pumps- Vickers make.
• Agitators for soap solution, acetic acids and sodium bi-carbonate.
• Various types of valves, pipe lines SS316, M.S. , and HDPE m.o.c.
• Heat exchangers, shell and tube type as well as plate type.
• Steam traps- 150 nos. (Monitoring & maintenance).
• Shell and drum type washing m/c.s & Laundry- 2 types each.
• Hydro extractors (centrifuges) -4 nos.

• Exhaust fans, circulating fans – 160 nos.
• Tanks FRP – 16 nos. as well as SS 316 tanks – 20 nos.

Activities performed during my industrial employment :

• Preparation of Annual and monthly preventive maintenance schedule of all the equipment.
• Analyzing the breakdown if any and taking corrective actions to prevent breakdown successfully
• Monitoring the implementation of preventive maintenance schedule and amendment of the schedule accordingly i.e. reducing the frequency of period of overhauling and repair of, there by reducing the m/c. /equipment idle time and increasing the productivity.
• Carrying out modification jobs on the above equipment for better performance, productivity and work convenience.
• Preparing Annual Maintenance budgets and estimates of major jobs.
• Arranging maintenance spares and equipment from indenting stage to inspection of incoming material and approval and also inspection of material at vendor’s site.
• Involving in planning, co-ordination, documentation and presentation of ISO work.
• Handling projects from estimation to implementation and commissioning stages.
• Coordinating with Production/ Electrical/ Civil Engg. Dept., Purchase, Stores, Safety Depts., Instrument Dept., Arranging shutdowns for preventive maintenance, major maintenance, and modifications.
• Worked on cost saving schemes.
• Carrying on continuous improvement jobs, training and motivating workmen for the same and developing multi skills within workmen.
• Has experience in alignment of rotary equipment up to 600 H.P., 700 RPM Equipment.
